Mahmoud El Boheiri is an experienced Operations Manager with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, where he also minored in Engineering Management. Holding certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Engineering Professional in Building Maintenance (Dubai Municipality), Mahmoud has successfully led over 100 projects across various sectors, including residential, waterpark, villa, retail, F&B, and office developments. His expertise spans project management, civil engineering design, construction, and fit-out management, with a strong focus on ensuring health and safety compliance and meeting regulatory standards.

Specializing in developer-managed fit-out projects, Mahmoud has worked with high-profile locations such as The Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Mirdif City Center, liaising with clients like Puma, Al Jaber Opticals, and BinSina. He has built strong relationships with leading developers, authorities, and consultants including EMAAR, Nakheel, DAMAC, DM, DDA, and Dubai Civil Defense, ensuring seamless project delivery and compliance.

With a deep understanding of team leadership and internal coordination, Mahmoud manages cross-departmental efforts involving design, estimation, procurement, and project delivery. He leads engineering teams to ensure high standards of execution and is skilled in managing project close-out procedures, including As-built drawings, testing, commissioning, warranties, and O&Ms.
